description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Concomitant agreements are legally binding agreements made between a property owner and the City of Puyallup. These agreements are tied to the land not land ownership. They are development standards that occur or exist concurrently to the underlying zone on the date the agreement was signed. Concomitant agreements may contain and are not limited to development criteria for utilities, street improvements, setbacks, and permitted or conditionally permitted uses. Over time concomitant agreements may, or may not, become outdated due to zone text amendments or rezones and are subsequently extinguished for a number of reasons. Extinguished concomitant agreements are not shown or kept within the database.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
