<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The feature class begins with 1987 casefiles because the city changed its zoning code that year. The feature class includes information found in case files about Condition Use Permits, Administrative Adjustments, and Variances for the City of Puyallup. Beginning in 2009 Administrative Conditional Use Permits were recorded. Case number nomenclature changed in July 2008 when a new permitting software was implemented. Cases are Denied, Approved, or Approved with Conditions. Since July 2008 cases Approved with Conditions are rarely noted as most cases are approved with canned conditions. Only when extraordinary conditions are imposed will there be a notation of Approved with Conditions. </SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
