Care should be taken when using this dataset for numerical analysis of parcels by land use type. There is a new field called TaxParcelT: tax parcel type. When using this data see note that there may be more 'tax parcels' because each floor of a condominium is calculated. Parcels with split zoning will also be represented twice instead of once. </SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
