During a meeting of QuickView users Lesley Christensen, Engineering Permit Tech, requested that Late Comers Agreements and LID's be added to the data lineup. Because this data did not exist in GIS she provided the PDF documents that are attached to each feature less LID 96-1. I was able to locate the resolution in the Clerk's office and then attached it to the data. Linda Lian, Dev Engineering, provided her the AutoCAD.dwg she maintains of this data. It was imported into GIS and converted for inclusion into the QuickView application. An AutoCAD.dwg was imported into ArcGIS and then edited. Multipart features were created where needed and some shifting occured. All features less LID 96-1 were researched to make sure that the polygons were correctly represented per documentation.
