It is Tax Parcel polygon based feature class of historic places that are listed on either the National, Washington State, Pierce County Historical Register or the City of Puyallup's (registry) historical preservation program<\/SPAN>.<\/SPAN><\/P>

Ordinance #2986, effective September 11, 2011 established the City of Puyallup Register of Historic Places. Buildings placed on the Puyallup Register are included in this shapefile and are denoted as such. These properties also have a 'zone designation' of HR and are mapped on the City's Official Zoning Map found in City Hall. They are also noted on the online zoning map book. <\/SPAN><\/P>
