A development agreement or a master plan is a contract between the City of Puyallup and a property owner/developer, through which the city agrees to freeze existing zoning regulations in exchange for public benefit. Development agreements and master plans are enforceable and are attractive tools when vesting of development rights is important for the long and short term health of a property/project. <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Please read the Process Step for explanations to feature edits due to new information.
