The Requestor shall have no remedy by law or equity against the City of Puyallup in the case the data provided is inaccurate, incomplete or otherwise defective in any way.
5. Requester's Warranty Against Commercial Use of Lists RCW 42.17.260 (9) prohibits the release of lists of individuals requested for commercial purposes, and Requestor expressly represents that no such use of any such list will be made by Requestor or its transferee)s) or vender (s). Pierce County tax parcel layer was used the source to query for ownership.

Pierce County's Tax Parcel layer was querred for parcels owned by the City of Puyalup, Puyallup City of, and Puyallup. The attribution was cleaned up so that only fields necessary for reference were kept. The previous city owned property dataset was joined to this new version to obtain the 'WHAT' field data. Each year a new set of parcels is clipped from Pierce County's database using Puyallup city limits polygon as the extent. The extracted new tax parcels are then queried for city owned using City of Puyallup, Puyallup, Puyallup City of, Woodbine Cemetery, Pending sale to Puyallup 2019, City of Puyallup et al, and Puyallup Public Works as ownership criteria. New parcels were merged to a copy of the older dataset. The older dataset was joined to the new to get the 'WHAT' and 'symbology' fields. Further work was done by comparing the older dataset to the newer dataset to capture (or determine) ownership changes. Once completed a review was performed comparing each dataset to assure that both contained the correct fields for the final product.
