<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><P><SPAN>This polygon feature class identifies tax parcels in Pierce, King, Kitsap and Lewis Counties that are currently either owned by or In Trust for the Puyallup Tribe of Indians. It also includes those parcels held In Trust for individual members of the Tribe. Trust properties are held in trust for the Tribe or it's individual members by the United States Federal Government.The Puyallup Tribe places new properties into Trust on an ongoing basis.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV>
This feature class is used to update the Tribe's GIS layers, as well as for other GIS mapping and analysis as required by the Tribe.
The GIS and Planning and Land Use Services Departments of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, the Assessor Treasurer and GIS Departments of Pierce, King, Kitsap and Lewis Counties, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
