This feature class is to represent a well-planned system of roadways within the City of Puyallup community. This feature class will provide a future roadway network which will serve the future land use pattern and anticipated growth. The functional classification plan establishes a hierarchy of roadways intended to allow for effective traffic movement within and through the community. The 20-year roadway improvement plan identifies improvements to the arterial/collector and traffic control system needed to serve forecasted growth and travel demands. Anticipated 20-year service levels based on the roadway improvement plan are determined and levels of service for concurrency management are established. Level of service figures are not provided within this feature class.

",
