<stepDesc>Feature class is (shifted) tax parcel-based and edited manually as changes occur. Procedures_Used The datasets were originally created from the City Of Puyallup's Official Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use and Zoning Map book. The book consists of copies of Pierce County's 1994-quarter section maps on which city limits, urban growth area boundary, zoning, zoning overlay, and future land use and future land use overlays are laid. Ordinance numbers/dates for comprehensive plan and zoning changes are also shown. It also contained Concomitant agreements made on properties recorded with the Pierce County Auditor. The City of Puyallup's 1994 Official Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use and Zoning Map book is no longer updated. A new un-Official Zoning and Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map Book was created incorporating this theme. The new map book is updated and kept current and can be found on the City's website. A 33x44 inch sized map is now the official Zoning Map. This map is found on the City's website and is avialble for download. The ATR's digital tax parcel (shifted) data was used as a background coverage for this theme. Once a year zoning is joined to a new set of parcels so that any shifted parcels or newly created parcels are picked up.</stepDesc>
