Once both forms are received the data can be burned to a CD/DVD and mailed or readied for pick-up at the 2nd floor front counter of City Hall.

City Of Puyallup shall not be liable to the Requestor (or transferees or venders of Requestor) for damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost savings or any other incidental or consequential damages relating to the providing of the data or the use of it. The Requestor shall have no remedy by law or equity against the City Of Puyallup in case the data provided is inaccurate, incomplete or otherwise defective in any way. 5. Requester's Warranty Against Commercial Use of Lists. RCW 42.17.260(9) prohibits the release of list of individuals requested for commercial purposes, and Requester expressly represents that no such use of any such list will be made by Requester or its transferee(s) or vender(s). Beginning in October 2010 the Map Book used to represent zoning data housed at the Development Services front counter is no longer maintained. Map book pages are now found on the city's website at : http://www.cityofpuyallup.org/services/development-services/city-maps/ Beginning in March 2011 concomitant agreements are no longer part of this layer. Concomitant Agreement information and associated documents can be found in the concomitant agreement dataset.

City of Puyallup Archived Official Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use and Zoning Map Book
Ordinances and archived Zoning map books. Ordinances changing zoning over time. During the 2017 update cycle a 'scribner's' error was found and corrected. It involved zoning and split zoning in the La Grange Plat located on 9th St. SW. It was an error created in the last update cycle.

Feature class is (shifted) tax parcel-based and edited manually as changes occur. Procedures_Used The datasets were originally created from the City Of Puyallup's Official Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use and Zoning Map book. The book consists of copies of Pierce County's 1994-quarter section maps on which city limits, urban growth area boundary, zoning, zoning overlay, and future land use and future land use overlays are laid. Ordinance numbers/dates for comprehensive plan and zoning changes are also shown. It also contained Concomitant agreements made on properties recorded with the Pierce County Auditor. The City of Puyallup's 1994 Official Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use and Zoning Map book is no longer updated. A new un-Official Zoning and Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map Book was created incorporating this theme. The new map book is updated and kept current and can be found on the City's website. A 33x44 inch sized map is now the official Zoning Map. This map is found on the City's website and is avialble for download. The ATR's digital tax parcel (shifted) data was used as a background coverage for this theme. Once a year zoning is joined to a new set of parcels so that any shifted parcels or newly created parcels are picked up.
